Zelkova serrata bonsai. This deciduous tree changes its appearance and colours during the different seasons of the year, giving the bonsai tree great appeal. In autumn, the leaves turn red. This particular specimen has a massive trunk with very old bark and a wide, developed nebari. The photos date from July 2024, in the middle of the growing season.
