Black pine yamadori bonsai. The bark of this specimen surely testimonies its old age. This bonsai has been in cultivation at In Arte Bonsai's garden for several years. The well-articulated branching allows for good pads development. Future work involves reducing needle length and increasing branch density. Repotting in spring 2023 with quality substrates ensures ideal conditions for the root system. The photos are from August 2023.
