Apple tree bonsai. This old specimen has ideal characteristics for building an excellent bonsai tree: a well-developed nebari, a compact root system and articulated branching. This last characteristic requires many years of work, as this is a rather slow branching species. This variety has leaves tending towards red, the flowering is pink and the fruit is red. The photos are from July 2024, in the middle of the growing season.
